My therapeutic practice is grounded in an integrative approach that brings together
systemic therapy, transpersonal psychology, and work with the body and symbolic
dimensions of experience. From this perspective, personal history is always embedded
within family, relational, and social contexts that deeply influence how we feel, think,
and inhabit our lives.
Understanding and honoring personal and family history helps bring order to the
present, recognize recurring patterns, and open new possibilities for how we position
ourselves in life. The transpersonal dimension offers a broader perspective on
experience, integrating meaning and awareness while remaining grounded in everyday
reality.
Through the psychotherapeutic process, I accompany individual therapeutic journeys
with a focus on personal and family history, relationships, the body, and the emotional
and symbolic aspects of experience. The work is oriented toward identifying patterns,
invisible loyalties, and relational dynamics that may be generating discomfort or blocks
in the present.
Depending on each case, I integrate tools from different approaches, such as Family
Constellations, Somatic Experience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, visualization
techniques, art therapy, and energetic resources, always in service of the therapeutic
process and the needs of each person.
Sessions are available in person in Montevideo and El Pinar, or online, allowing me to
accompany processes from anywhere in the world.
This therapeutic approach can help you understand personal or relational conflicts,
navigate moments of crisis, make decisions with greater clarity, and create lasting
changes in the way you relate to yourself and to your environment. It also offers a space
to reflect on the position from which you are currently living and to consciously choose
the life you want to build.
By working with history, relationships, and the body, a process of greater awareness
and inner order is supported, allowing you to recognize yourself more clearly and orient
yourself more consciously toward where you want to go. Honoring where we come
from does not mean remaining in the past, but rather drawing strength from it to build a
more aligned present and a life with greater autonomy and meaning.
